Dr. Alan W. Huang is the Medical Director of REV Longevity, where he specializes in precision longevity medicine and performance optimization.  Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, with advanced certifications in medical weight loss and peptide therapeutics, Dr. Huang brings over 15 years of frontline clinical experience to a more proactive, personalized model of healthcare.

Dr. Huang came to the Bay Area to attend the University of California, Berkeley before earning his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He completed his Emergency Medicine residency training in Manhattan and returned to the Bay Area.

Throughout his years in the emergency department, Dr. Huang treated countless patients with advanced metabolic, cardiovascular, and neurodegenerative conditions.   Repeatedly witnessing patients arrive at a stage where meaningful reversal was no longer possible profoundly shaped his philosophy on healthcare.  Those experiences sparked a passion for prevention, early intervention, and helping patients preserve their vitality long before disease takes hold.

That mission also became deeply personal. After seeing the effects of cognitive decline within his own family, Dr. Huang developed an even greater appreciation for the importance of protecting long-term brain health, metabolic health, and overall quality of life as we age. At the same time, through his own personal journey with hormone optimization, metabolic balance, and weight management, he experienced firsthand the transformative impact that targeted, evidence-based interventions can have on energy, mental clarity, physical performance, and overall well-being.

Today, Dr. Huang combines clinical expertise with personal understanding to help patients optimize their health at every stage of life. Nancy Fang is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner at REV Longevity with over 14 years of clinical experience and advanced certification in peptide therapy. She specializes in personalized longevity medicine, working with high performing individuals who aim to optimize their health, vitality, and long term performance.

After experiencing her own health challenges following the birth of her son, Nancy was driven to search for answers, diving deep into research to heal her gut and address the debilitating inflammation she faced. This personal journey now fuels her passion for helping patients move beyond symptom management toward true health optimization and disease prevention. Nancy takes a concierge style approach, combining advanced diagnostics, precision therapies, and tailored lifestyle strategies to deliver highly individualized, one on one care.

Jennifer is the Co-Founder and Executive Partner at REV Longevity, bringing over 15 years of experience across the medical field, including sales, marketing, pharmacy operations, and strategic partnerships. As an entrepreneur who has built companies from the ground up, she is guided by one constant principle: servant leadership and a deep, unwavering desire to help others.

Her mission is deeply personal. After facing more than eight years of infertility, chronic inflammation, endometriosis, unexplained weight gain, and debilitating brain fog, Jennifer understands firsthand the frustration of searching for answers within a system that often provides only brief consultations and limited solutions. These experiences shaped her passion for a more compassionate, root cause approach to healthcare.
